A turn-key transformation of a raw, white-shell apartment — taken from bare partitions to a fully finished residence. Bespoke kitchen and joinery, stone bathrooms, layered lighting and a softened palette tuned to the Mediterranean light.
An aerothermal heating and cooling system was installed, paired with sleek modern radiators throughout. Individual air-zone controls replaced the developer's all-or-nothing system, letting each room be set independently.
